MSAL – 11: 11DAYS 10NIGHTS SAFARI & CULTURAL TANZANIA
Visiting area: Arusha, Tarangire, Lake Natron, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater & Lake Manyara
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire Park
Met in the morning for safari briefing then drive to Tarangire Park with packed lunch. Tarangire is among the best northern national park with abundance of elephants, baobab trees, bird species and other wild species include lion, leopard, cheetah, jackal, hyrax, python etc. Arrive and spend the morning and afternoon viewing game and exploring the park. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp/lodge in Tarangire.

Day 2: Tarangire Full Day
Go with packed lunch for full day tour viewing game and exploring the park. Optional spend the morning viewing game and break for hot lunch at the camp/lodge then another tour in afternoon, overnight stay at the camp/lodge in Tarangire.

Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Natron
After breakfast drive to Lake natron arrive for lunch, late afternoon take a walk to the water falls. The lake is 35 miles (56 km) long and 15 miles (24 km) wide and contains salt, soda, and magnesite deposits. The lake’s warm water is an ideal breeding ground for the Rift Valley flamingos; flamingos from all over comes here for breeding. Overnight stay at the camp/lodge in Lake natron.

Day 4: Lake Natron full day
Spend the day exploring lake natron and the surroundings; take a walk to the lake to see flamingos and shore birds, late afternoon walk to the water falls, Optional Masai village visit at an extra cost. Overnight stay at the same camp/lodge.

Day 5: Lake Natron / Northern Serengeti:
After breakfast drives along the great rift valley heading to Northern Serengeti(Lobo) with packed lunch. Game drive safari as you get into Serengeti via Kleins gate.Overnight stay at the camp/lodge.

Day 6: Serengeti full day
Spend the morning viewing game and exploring Serengeti plains; the known world sanctuary with wildebeest migration, endless plains and abundance of predators. Serengeti is the most famous park and second largest National Park in Tanzania. After lunch drive to Seronera (central Serengeti) game viewing on the way. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Day 7: Central Serengeti
Go with packed lunch for full day tour viewing game and exploring Serengeti plains. Optional spend the morning viewing game and break for hot lunch at the camp/lodge then another tour in afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the same camp/lodge in Serengeti.
NOTE: For months of December-March; we recommend to do game drives in the Ndutu area while the months of Mid-July & late October, we recommend doing safari at northern Serengeti; and purpose for these changes is to get closer to the Migration.

Day 8: Serengeti – Ngorongoro (Karatu) Early morning tour before breakfast looking for predators hunting, return for late breakfast. In afternoon drive to Ngorongoro game en-route, overnight stay at the lodge in Karatu.

Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater Full Day
After early breakfast depart for Ngorongoro crater with packed lunch. The crater height is 610m deep, 20km across also is among the largest volcanic caldera in the world and the UNESCO World Heritage since 1978. It supports wide varieties of wildlife including elephant, lion,
leopard, hyena, jackal, hippo, waterbuck, baboons… even the rare black rhino and a large variety of birds including flamingos. Arrive and descend to the crater for game viewing and exploring crater floor. Late afternoon ascend the crater, overnight stay at lodge in Karatu.

Day 10: Karatu – Lake Manyara Park
Easy morning after breakfast drive to Lake Manyara Park for half day tour, enjoying game drive safari on the floor of Great Rift Valley. The park endowed by natural attractions includes groundwater forest, acacia vegetation, elephants, baboons, tree climbing lion, giraffes, buffaloes, Olive baboon, blue monkey, hippos, flamingos etc. Optional walking safari or Mountain bike safari at Mto wa Mbu village at an extra cost, Overnight stay at the camp/lodge in Manyara.

Time:30 mnts drive.
Day 11: Manyara – Arusha: 2 hrs drive
Easy morning, after breakfast drive to Arusha arrive for lunch. After lunch safari de-briefing, later transfer to the airport to catch your home flight.
NOTE: The accommodation in Arusha on arrival and/or after safari & day room before departure can be arranged at an extra cost, and we can extend your safari to Zanzibar beach; please let us know when you are booking this safari.
