MSAL-07: 7DAYS 6NIGHTS WILDLIFE LODGE SAFARI
Visiting area: Arusha, Arusha Park, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro crater

Day 1 : Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha Park
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport [JRO] you will meet MSA driver guide for safari briefing and drive you to Arusha National Park. Arrive and enjoy game viewing and exploring the park; the famous momela lakes, ngurdoto crater, mountain vegetation, wild animals as buffaloes, warthog, giraffes, black and white colobus monkey, waterbuck, bushbuck etc. Also you can enjoy nature walk, canoeing at an extra cost. Late in afternoon drive to Arusha for overnight stay at your hotel in Arusha city.

Day 2 : Arusha – Manyara Park
Breakfast then drive to Lake Manyara Park for game viewing. Enjoy game drive safari on the floor of Great Rift Valley. The park endowed by natural attractions includes groundwater forest, acacia vegetation, elephants, baboons, tree climbing lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Olive baboon, blue monkey, hippos, flamingos etc. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge in Karatu. Day 3: Karatu – Serengeti Park
After breakfast collect the packed lunch and depart for Serengeti via Ngorongoro with Optional visit to a Maasai village and/or Olduvai Gorge at an extra cost. Enjoy beautiful landscapes, vegetation, animals & birds on the way. The Serengeti – endless plain is the home to what is possibly the world’s greatest gathering of wildlife. Arrive and spend the afternoon viewing game and exploring the park. Dinner and overnight stay in central Serengeti at the camp/lodge.

Time: 4.5 hrs drive

Day 4: Central Serengeti (Seronera)
Go with packed lunch for full day tour viewing game and exploring Serengeti plains; the known world sanctuary with wildebeest migration, endless plains and abundance of predators. Serengeti is the most famous park and second largest National Park in Tanzania. Optional spend the morning viewing game and break for hot lunch at the camp/lodge then another tour in afternoon, dinner and overnight at the same camp/lodge.
NOTE: For months of December-March; we recommend to do game drives in the Ndutu area while the months of Mid-July & late October, we recommend doing safari at northern Serengeti; and purpose for these changes is to get closer to the Migration.

Note: For those who have booked the Balloon Safari for today, you will be picked up from the camp/lodge at 05.00 hours for a 06.00 hours departure. If you wish to book balloon safari, please let us know in advance, The price is $545 per person. After your 60 – 90 minute (depending on wind condition) aerial adventure, experience bush breakfast and champagne, thereafter your driver guide will pick you up for your full-day game drive.

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
After early breakfast depart for Ngorongoro crater with packed lunch. The crater height is 610m deep, 20km across also is among the largest volcanic caldera in the world and the UNESCO World Heritage since 1978. It supports wide varieties of wildlife including elephant, lion,
leopard, hyena, jackal, hippo, waterbuck, baboons, even the rare black rhino and a large variety of birds including flamingos. Arrive and descend to the crater for game viewing and exploring crater floor. Late afternoon ascend the crater, overnight stay at the lodge in Karatu.

Day 6: Karatu – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast drive to Tarangire park with packed lunch for game viewing. Tarangire is among the best northern national park with abundance of elephants, baobab trees, bird species and other wild species include lion, leopard, cheetah, jackal, hyrax, python etc. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp/lodge in Tarangire.

Time:2 hrs drive

Day 7: Tarangire park – Arusha: 2 hrs drive
Easy morning, after breakfast drive to Arusha arrive for lunch, After lunch safari de-briefing later transfer to the airport to catch your home flight.
NOTE: The accommodation in Arusha on arrival and/or after safari & day room before departure can be arranged at an extra cost, and we can extend your safari to Zanzibar beach; please let us know when you are booking this safari.

Please note: Mlimani Safaris Africa reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes (such as; park fee, camping fee, crater service fee, VAT etc) received after prices are published, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Also the price can be increased due to the festive season supplement apply in Christmas/new year based on type of accommodation requested.
